Starlite APP Refund Policy

At Starlite, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality services through our application and platform. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or experience, please review our refund policy below:

 


 

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if one or more of the following apply:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a system error.
  • The service you received was not delivered as described or was not delivered at all.
  • You were charged but canceled the order within the allowable cancellation window.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by our customer support team.

 


 

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase.
  • Services completed or consumed as intended.
  • Orders canceled outside the designated cancellation period.
  • Disputes raised more than 7 calendar days after the transaction.

 


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your order ID, account information, and a detailed reason for the refund request.
  3. Submit your request within 7 calendar days from the transaction date.

We aim to process all refund requests within 7 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 


 

4. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your payment account or bank again.
  • Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Changes to This Policy

Starlite reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or application.
