Starlite Application Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Starlite application. By accessing or using the Starlite application, you agree to be bound by these terms automatically.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Starlite Application Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and PT Starlite Digital Nusantara, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (“Starlite”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms govern your access and use of our mobile application, website (starlite.id), and all services offered therein (“Application” and “Services”).

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes are effective once published on the Application. Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access and use of the Application and Services.

 

 

2. Use of Information

By using the Application, you agree to allow us to access and use certain information, including your location, as needed for operational purposes. Some features may not work if you do not enable location services.

You are expected to comply with our operational policies, including service areas, pricing, capacity limits, and cancellation policies. Failure to comply may result in restrictions on your access to the Application and Services.

 

 

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must register for an account by providing your full name, valid email address, and mobile number. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

 

 

4. Personal Information

We may collect, store, and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that your data may also be subject to the privacy policies of third-party platforms (such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store) used to download our Application.

 

 

5. Third-Party Distribution

Starlite may be distributed via third-party platforms. Your information may be collected and used by these platforms according to their own policies. We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.

 

 

6. Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all applicable fees for using the Services, as displayed in the Application. We may update pricing and fees from time to time.

Payments must be made using valid credentials registered under your name with approved payment service providers. We may suspend or reject transactions if we suspect fraud, regulatory non-compliance, or misuse.

 

 

7. Application Software

You may only use the official version of the Starlite application downloaded from authorized platforms and installed on supported devices (smartphones or tablets). Unauthorized installation or use constitutes a breach of these Terms.

 

 

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Application and Services lawfully.
  • Treat service providers and other users respectfully.
  • Be fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
  • Not engage in fraudulent, harassing, or abusive behavior.

You are liable for any loss or damages resulting from misuse, whether by you or others using your account.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

The Application and Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

We are not liable for any issues caused by device failure, internet connectivity, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.

 

 

10. Actions We May Take

If we suspect you have violated these Terms or applicable laws, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account.
  • Block access to the Application.
  • Conduct investigations.
  • Report your actions to law enforcement.
  • Take any other necessary legal or remedial actions.

 

 

11. User Representations

By using the Application, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or legally authorized by a guardian.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • Will use the Application only for lawful and permitted purposes.

You release us from all liability for unauthorized use or system disruptions not caused by us.

 

 

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions or delays due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.

 

 

13. General Terms

These Terms constitute an electronic agreement and are legally binding once you register or log in to the Application.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without prior notice.

Any failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms are available in both Indonesian and English. In case of discrepancy, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

 

 

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indonesian law. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court.
